The Software area takes care of the DISTRIBUTION, PLANNING and DEVELOPMENT of Amada software solutions for the European Amada subsidiaries and the direct Italian market.

– AEE distributes Amada software solutions for bending, welding and bending automation systems.
-AEE is the only distributor for European Amada Subsidiaries and for direct Italian market.

The Planning department:
– works closely with European Amada subsidiaries in order to collect customer needs;
– conceives new ideas for products’ development and suggests improvements for the existing software applications with the purpose to create value for the European Amada customers;
– provides the release and promotion of new software versions into the marketplace.

The Development Department, in cooperation with Planning Department creates complete software solutions, that are highly qualified and innovative, in order to optimize the production processes of the European Amada customers;

– it works in partnership with the other development Amada centers to create global solutions;
– it cooperates with the most important research centers and Universities, according to guide lines defined by “S3 (Smart Specialisation Strategy)”, “Industry 4.0” and “IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things)”


The Engineering Department develops and provides customers with bending solutions that combine in the best way, innovation, performance and safety thanks also to the establishment of the Robot Technical Center.
The Engineering Department:

– collaborates with the Japanese HQ and the French manufacturing plants to certify EC conformity for bending automation; this activity is fundamental in order to develop solutions able to combine in the best way performance and safety;

– cooperates with the European HQ for the engineering activities and the bending promotion (Stand-alone press-brakes and bending automation cells) in Europe;

– develops the ABS-R solution that represents the entry level solution of the Amada “bending automation” range; the focus and sales strategy is concentrated upon the strategical products EG-AR, HG-ARs and HG-Rm; ASB-R can represent a solution in case of a high customized request or in the case a retrofit is required on an existing press-brake.


The Customer Care & Support:
– actively supports the European Amada subsidiaries during the pre-sales and post-sales phases of software solutions distribution on the market.

– maintains direct contact with European customers collecting their needs.

– manages the European Call center for software support and coordinate technical services both for Amada European subsidiaries and on the Italian direct market.

– directly supports the software solutions and services on the Italian market during the analysis, sales and implementation phases (Engineering Consultant activities)
